SEMINARS
Strata-sphere strongly believes that education from the grass roots up is the road to a successful strata community. There are varying types of Strata Communities from bare land, residential including apartment style and townhouse style, commercial, and mixed style and/or use, all with different “structure” requirements. One of Strata-sphere's many goals is to heighten the awareness of the strata community on both a substantive and a procedural basis to create a well-oiled vehicle moving forward. This is best achieved by drawing on expertise of the professionals to assist in providing educational services.
Ms. Wilson is a regular lecturer for the Condominium Home Owners' Association of BC (CHOA) at various locations on Vancouver Island and the mainland.
